Is the customer always right?

No. Sometimes they are bat-shit crazy or bag-of-hammers stupid.

This website, Not Always Right, tells the other side of the story of customer service’s bane, by collecting memorable and often hilarious tales from employees that prove, “The customer is not always right.” Although the belief is that customers deserve to be treated right, so do the employees and the other folks that serve them. There are thousands of samples, and be warned, you may get a sore forehead from facepalming too much.
